Kat Hoke is a closer and business development manager for Allied Title & Escrow, although her most important job is Charlotte, Tommy, & Connor Hokes Mom. Originally from Baltimore, Maryland Kat has been a Loudoun County resident for 10 years. Kat graduated from Frostburg State University with a major in Communications. Kat earned her Masters Degree in Education from St. John Fisher College in Pittsford, NY where she became certified in 7-12 Social Studies with a dual certification in Special Education. Kat stayed home with her kids when they were young and entered the world of real estate settlements as a stay at home mom with a desire to make a little extra income. Allied Title & Escrow scooped her up in 2021 and Kat has been doing closings and working to support real estate partners ever since.

Kat works from Allied Title's Ashburn office when she's not on the road doing remote closings. Allied Title also has beautiful offices in DC, Arlington, Old Town, and Chevy Chase. Allied Title is proud of the partnership they have built with Angie Tanner and Teachers Home Benefits. Kat works hard to ensure a smooth and seamless settlement process and a celebratory closing day. When Kat isn't on the sidelines of Loudoun Soccer games, you can find her at local breweries or on the golf course. Kat's kids all attend Loudoun County public schools and she and her husband Mike reside in Leesburg.
